These knives are beautiful works of art. But that’s about as far as it goes. They’re not very sharp, the curvature of the knives is not conducive to actual cutting or chopping. The care for said blades is counterintuitive. Wash with water but immediately dry and then rub them down with oil so they don’t rust or stain. Um no. I need to wash and go. Not coddle a kitchen tool when I’m working on making a meal. So I have them displayed as decoration in my kitchen and my usable knife block is within arms reach.
