Great knife set ! I spent about 2 months reading and looking for the best knifes for my price range. All in all very sharp , holds edge (so far), comfortable in hand, well made, well balanced ,block is nice looks good on counter, if your looking for a good knife set and a company who has been around awhile this is your set. You won’t be disappointed get them.Update!!!! Man oh man I still love these knifes!!!! Been almost a year I think maybe less. Still razor sharp just use your honing rod and man they stay sharp. I can't wait every time I cook dinner to use these baby's!.
