Very good quality. This is my first "REAL" knife set and I was surprised with the difference quality material and design make. You can feel and actually hear the difference when the bland touches the cutting board. Very satisfied.I’ve had these knives for 3 months and still just as sharp as the day I got the. They are a very comfortable fit in your hand and have handled every job I’ve done with meat, veggies and fruit. Very happy with this purchase. He loves them and one can take or use them cause the stand out color and that they do cut well and hold up it's another great purchase...Super sharp knivesI bought this knife set because I got a job as a production chef and needed one ASAP. The price was $30 cheaper than it is now. It arrived within 2 days. The weight of the knives and the comfort of the handles are amazing. The sheathes are an added bonus. If you use them as a chef, you need to sharpen ever other day. The roll up bag is cheaply made. I have not had it for 3 months yet, and it is falling apart. The steel is not stainless. If you look at the pictures that I submitted, you can see spots on the knives that I use the most. I clean and dry my knives each day at the end of my work day. It is a decent knife set that I would use at home but not for work. I bought a different set that was less expensive that stayed sharp for 3 weeks without sharpening.A good set to have the only issue I had was with the bread knife it wasn't the best at cutting and was very heavy. Other wise a decent set of knives love the color and the bag is perfect!!!Decent set of knives for the price. They look good, have a nice weight to them and are very sharp. On the flip side they have already started to rust a little bit. Also the blades aren't wide enough in my opinion. It makes them uncomfortable use for long periods of time and my knuckles tend to hit the cutting board which makes it hard to make a full cut. Also I broke the handle on one knife by dropping it on tile. So they are somewhat fragile. But that one is my fault. All in all they are decent set of knives, they cut well and are priced well for all you're getting. But they do have their downsides also.Ok I am a professional chef. Knives are tools of the trade and honestly you are only as good as the tools you work with! With that being said I was skeptical on a set for so cheep but I took a leap, and I’m not disappointed. I’ve had expensive knives get stolen or someone dropped them during service if I allowed them to use my knife! This is honestly an amazing set to have to use even in a professional environment. I’m not trying to sound like an infomercial but seriously these are great. My only complaint would be that for me personally they are very very light and after putting them on a wet stone they are super sharp, also need to condition them with knife oil or you’ll have small rust spots.
