My daughter and I enjoy using this set. If you are looking for a perfect cut this is not your set of knives. I had my daughter help me cut tomatoes and cucumbers for salads. We also use the crinkled cutters to make apple fries. Its a must buy!I really wanted to give my kids the opportunity to be in the kitchen and help with meals. And after mixing and pouring, the next big step is using a knife. I am so glad I found this. You get a handful of cutware that are kids friendly and ADULT friendly as well. They aren't super sharp but they will cut thru vegetables and fruits. Most of them are made from a nice hard plastic that is easy to clean but you do get a metal knife and a chopper. The Chopper is sharper and can insure if you push down really hard. Otherwise the metal knife has a wonderful weight will help kids get comfortable with their knife skills. The metal knife looks sharp but it isn't. The Glove is nice for kids to wear incase they are afraid of cutting their fingers. Great for anyone looking to help in the kitchen.
