I was a bit embarrassed by our previous “steak knives”. They felt like dollar store special serrated knives with black plastic handles. We wanted something we would be happy for our guests to use without spending $100 per knife. (Our kitchen knives are Wusthof Ikon and those steak knives are ridiculously expensive.)These turned out to be just perfect. They match the style of the Ikons really well but are the right size and shape for anyone to use with a nice cut of meat. Actually, we just end up using them as regular kitchen knives sometimes as well because they’re so great. They are super sharp, not serrated, and they both look and feel really nice in the hand. Plus we could get eight for a very reasonable price. They are a big winner for our family!
