Well it is a beautiful piece of wood. I bought this for a costum knife handle for one of my Damascus blades. When working and shaping the handle some of the knots started falling out of it. So now the knife is pretty well useless can sell it and not really anything you can do to fix it. Didn't think this was supposed to happen was stabilized wood.
