I have used two out of the three knives, first remember the set is under $10.00 for the set. The thing which is negative and loses the star is the hard cheese knife is 3/8 of an inch to short to cut off a slab of the standard (SANDWICH SIZED) cheese , once I cut the slab, the hard cheese knife handles it fine. These knives are designed for a cheese platter not for the kitchen. Are sharp, nice finish on wood. Hand wash and dry , will last through many a holiday season. The knives arrived today and look great, but I am disappointed in the color of the handle. Amazon's picture makes it look like the wood was treated with a light stain, which would mave matched our cheese board perfectly. Unfortuately for me, the handle are a natural wood color - nice, but not what I wanted. I'm not sure if I will keep them or return them, but I just wanted other buyers to be aware of what they really look like. They cut cheese. When the cheese is good, I regret having bought only one set. Everyone grabs a knife and digs in. Sometimes, you have to settle for the wrong knife to get a slice of the cheese you want during a wine tasting get-together. I should have bought 3 sets for the last wine-tasting.An inexpensive set of cheese knives that look good. I bought several sets for an organization I belong to - it's nice to have all the cheese knives match rather than random pieces. The set is nice enough for the price but the packaging is pretty cheap. If you are thinking about giving it as a gift, I would put it in a different box. It's a good basic set, although the handles are a little awkward to use because they are short. Guests with larger hands may have difficulty using them. These cheese knives are great. Very durable and easy to hand wash. It comes with instructions telling you which knife to use with which cheese.Haven't used a lot, but okay so far. Why do you require so many words?. More are not needed. Okay?
