I should have ordered a smaller knife. It is heavy in the pocket. It is 4" long closed, with a height of 1" and 0.6" thick. The blades seem good, but the blade stop, in the bottom of the knife is steel and leaves a small nick in the blades, right in the center of the blade. I opened it as soon as I got it and saw what I originally thought was a bad blade. I opened the second blade and it looked identical. Then I noticed the problem that the steel bump in the bottom was causing it. All of the hard to reach areas needed cleaned up. For $25 it will work for me and it is probably better than a knife completely made in china for the same price. I wouldn't buy another grand trapper, but a different style may be fine.
